The property cycle

We start the course by meeting your instructor and getting a quick overview of Blue Wealth Property Academy. You will be learning about the property cycle, from boom, through correction, stagnation and making the most of the opportunities in the best part of the cycle and avoiding those in the worst part. You’ll learn what contributes to this property cycle. Timing is everything.

Where do I buy?

In lesson 2, we analyse where you should buy based on the many considerations of a location. We learn the importance of the macro factors that have an impact on a successful long-term investment.

What do I buy?

Now that you have a clear idea of what to look for in a location, in lesson 3 we investigate the value comparison and what makes a property desirable to a prospective tenant, to a bank and to whoever will one day buy it from.

Measuring the return on an investment

In lesson 4, we learn how to evaluate and measure the outcomes we are all looking for in a great investment property portfolio. How to attract the best tenants and how to ensure you will make the most money when you are ready to sell.

Diversity of investment

In lesson 5, we now start to study the different types of investment properties and how you can reduce your risk by investing in diverse investments. We look at property type, location and so much more. You are now learning how important it is to make the right choices to build wealth for the long term.
